Admission Information 

PROCEDURE 
1. Application for admission to the College is to be submitted in the prescribed form within a fixed period of time, announced from time to time. Prospectus and Admission forms are available in the office of the college on payment of Rs. 60/- only.

2. The candidates get themselves admitted on the very day of the interview / admission.

3. A student has to produce the following documents in the time of interview / admission
a) Original Mark-sheet of last Examination.
b) Original Certificate from the head of the institution last attended (H.S.L.C. onwards)
c) A gap certificate stating reason is to be produced by the student who had a break in the continuation of his study.
d) Passport size photograph (two copies) 
e) Migration / Transfer certificate as the case may be.
f) SC/ST/ OBC/ MOBC certificate.
g) Certificate of proficiency in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities as the case may be.
h) Proof of age. (HSLC admit card/certificate)
i) Registration Certificate.

4. Admission to the College hostel (Girls’) will be allowed immediately after the college admission.

5. Casual admission to HS and Degree Final Classes will be held after Puja Vacation. 

6. All admissions are provisional and subjected to G.U. 

Any student seeking transfer from the college will have to apply to the Principal with a fee of Rs. 20/- only. The following documents are to be enclosed along with the application – 
a) Clearance Certificate from the College Office.
b) Clearance Certificate from the Librarian.
c) Clearance Certificate from the Head of the Dept. concerned for major students. 

RULES & REGULATIONS
The college has certain rules and regulations which binds all the students and are expected to be followed with utmost care. 

ATTENDANCE
At least 65% class-attendance in each subject is a must for a student to sit for council / university Examination.
